May 30, 2026 at 9:00am

In partnership with the Freethought Society, please join us for casual stroll with new friends, good conversation, and an inside look at some the most iconic reminders of brilliance, courage, freedom, and pluralism from the earliest days of the United States.

Itinerary

Participants should meet at 9:00am at the Arch Street Meeting House. The tour will last approximately 1 hour and will end back at the Arch Street Meeting House, allowing attendees to explore the museum exhibits there — or to return to any other sites that may interest them.

The walking tour will visit each of the following sites. Please note that the tour does not included admission to the sites themselves; the tour will visit each site but not enter them. If you would like to purchase tickets for entrance to any of the sites visited during the tour, links are provided in the itinerary below.

The tour will cover approximately 1.2 miles of flat, city-paved sidewalks. Many of these sidewalks are cobblestone or uneven. If you have questions about accessibility, please let us know.
